Returns and refunds

Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours. After this period all sales are final; this includes pre-order items.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons or circumstances outside of our control. If an item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact us with your order number, description of issue, and images if relevant within 10 days of delivery. We will do our best to sort everything out

Production Process

Every item we sell is designed by our resident artist Marina. You can watch the design process happen on her social media

While we love everything we make, not everything can be made into a physical item that's available in the shop. That's where an interest check comes in handy!

If an item has a lot of interest it will be made available for pre-order. A pre-order will be considered successful if the cost of production is covered within the sale period. As an added bonus, if you order a product in the pre-order phase you get a discount off the final price!

If you order an item with a failed pre-order you'll be notified that the item won't be made and receive a full refund.

After a successful pre-order an item is ready to be manufactured! The length of manufacturing time depends on the item type. We communicate our estimated times and updates on our discord server and our calendar page

Once we receive the items from our manufacturers we can start the process of sending things to you!

If more than three months have passed since the pre-order period we'll send out an email to give people 72 hours to change their address if needed.


Yes, you can combine shipping on any orders that have not already been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to combine orders. Contact form

If one of your orders contains a pre-order item the package will not be shipped until the pre-orders items are available to post

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, the customer is responsible for any custom fees, duties, and/or taxes that may incur.

NOTE: We are currently unable to ship to countries listed here due to COVID-19 restrictions

Yes! You can get free shipping if you spend over $40 for domestic orders, or over $75 for international orders.

Some exclusions apply. If a product is ineligible for free shipping, that will be noted in the product's description.

We're currently shipping out packages once a week, as shown on our calendar. Therefore, you should receive a confirmation email within a week of when you placed your order.

If it has been more than week and your order did not contain a pre-order product, please contact us.

If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact your local post office first! We can no longer assist once we have posted your items.

Shipping times may currently be delayed due to COVID-19 restrictions, so please be patient. We do not process refunds due to delayed or missing packages, and if your items are retuned to us for any reason you will need to contact us to arrange to have it resent by covering the additional shipping.

I'm a multimedia artist, and most of my pieces make use of some combination of traditional and digital media. For digital works I use Clip Studio Paint and a HUION drawing monitor.
