Before submitting a form please see if your question can be answered using the following resources.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons or circumstances outside of our control. If an item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect, please contact us with your order number, description of issue, and images if relevant within 10 days of delivery. We will do our best to sort everything out
We currently ship out orders weekly on Mondays. Fulfilment times may vary depending on our current order volume. Delivery times vary with customer location. For international customers, package contents and values will be declared accurately. Customers are responsible for any custom fees, duties, and/or taxes that may be incurred.
Pre-orders must be cancelled within the first 24 hours for a refund. After this period they are subject to our standard policy. Orders that contain pre-ordered items will not ship until those items arrive.
